We are looking to recruit a MCP/MCITP/MCSE Service Desk Engineer who will be based at Haydock.
You must have at least 2 years experience of working on a service desk providing IT technical support to clients both remotely/internally and on the phone.
Role Requirements:
- Ideally be MCSE or MCITP certified already
- You should have excellent communication skills and should have a minimum of 3 to 4 MCP's whilst currently working towards MCITP / MCSE certification
- Citrx + MCP/MCITP/MCSE certifications required
- Essential Citrix experience
- Experience should include 2 years' experience or more in an IT support or a service desk role supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers and applications.
- Exchange 2003/2007/2010, SQL 2000/2005/2008, Cisco, and vmware experience, HP storage would be a substantial bonus

- HND/degree engineering or related qualification or practical experience in a similar role
- A Self motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- An outgoing individual willing to participate as part of a small and flexible team
- Flexible approach to working hours to support our contracts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
