Do you have experience working in 1st Line IT Support?
Have you previously worked in the financial sector or are you looking to move into this area? We are a specialist technology services provider focused on City financial organisations looking for a new Desktop Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
» Providing day-to-day technical support for all customers at a Desktop level
» Ensuring all Helpdesk calls are logged and updated accordingly
Our small but growing team is based in London Bridge; however, the successful candidate will also be expected to travel to customer sites to carry out work when necessary.
You will be required to work variable 9 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm (including one hour for lunch).
There is also an element of on-call work that would take place out of hours.
We require someone who is:
» Proficient in supporting Microsoft Desktop products
» Able to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently
» Knowledgeable about PC Desktops and client applications
» Able to perform Active Directory administration
